About UsWe are the 1st Wheathampstead Guides. We are based in the village of Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire. Donna is our Guide Leader, assisted by Beverley and Lindsey. Our Unit Helpers are Peter and Andrew. We meet in Wheathampstead on Friday evenings each week during term time from 7.00pm to 8.30pm. We welcome girls aged between 10 and 14. At present we have 24 Guides with 6 joining us next term. We are proud to be part of Girlguiding UK. As there may be a waiting list, it is advisable for girls who wish to join to put their names down as early as possible.
